This Vanilla Raspberry Iced Latte blends real raspberry puree, smooth vanilla, and your choice of espresso or tea for a fruity, creamy, and refreshing homemade drink. Perfect for summer sips, brunches, or an elegant caffeine-free option, it’s one of the easiest and healthiest drinks to make at home.
For the Raspberry Puree:
½ cup fresh or frozen raspberries (60g)
1 tbsp sugar or maple syrup (optional)
1 tbsp water
For the Latte:
1 cup milk of choice (240ml – dairy or plant-based)
1 shot espresso OR ½ cup strong brewed tea (chai or black)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Ice cubes
Optional Garnish:
Extra raspberries
Mint leaves
Vanilla bean powder or specks
Make the raspberry puree: In a small saucepan, combine raspberries, water, and sweetener if using. Simmer over low heat for 5–7 minutes, mashing the berries as they soften. Strain to remove seeds and let cool.
Brew your base: While the puree cools, brew espresso or strong tea. Chill if needed.
Assemble the drink: In a tall glass, spoon in raspberry puree. Fill with ice. Add brewed espresso or tea, milk of choice, and vanilla extract.
Garnish and serve: Stir gently to mix. Top with fresh raspberries, mint, or vanilla specks if desired.
Use chilled ingredients to preserve the icy texture.
Make extra puree to store for other drinks or smoothies.
Try different teas like matcha, green tea, or white tea for variations.
Skip added sugar for a lower-calorie option—raspberries are naturally sweet.
Ideal as a brunch drink, light coffeehouse treat, or tea party refreshment.
