This Strawberry Dole Whip recipe is light, creamy, and naturally sweet. Made with frozen strawberries, banana, and coconut milk, it’s a healthy, dairy-free dessert that’s ready in minutes—perfect for kids, hot days, and guilt-free snacking.
2 cups frozen strawberries (unsweetened)
½ ripe banana
¼ cup coconut milk (or almond milk)
1–2 teaspoons maple syrup, honey, or sweetener of choice (optional)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Optional add-ins: ½ teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 tablespoon shredded coconut, a few mint leaves, or 1 scoop protein powder
1. Add to blender
Place frozen strawberries, banana, coconut milk, lemon juice, and sweetener (if using) into a high-speed blender or food processor.
2. Blend until creamy
Blend on low, gradually increasing speed. Scrape down sides as needed and blend until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy, like soft serve.
3. Serve immediately
Scoop into bowls or swirl into cups using a piping bag. Garnish with fresh mint, shredded coconut, or berries if desired.
4. Store leftovers
Freeze in an airtight container for up to 1 week. Let thaw for 10–15 minutes before re-serving, and re-blend for a smoother texture if needed.
For a richer version, use full-fat coconut cream.
If using fresh strawberries, freeze them first or blend with a few ice cubes.
Add more milk gradually if needed to help blend.
Great base for other flavors: try adding mango, pineapple, or mixed berries.
