- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup heavy cream

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Tart Crust
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour and salt.
- Add cold, cubed butter and mix until the dough resembles coarse crumbs.
- Slowly add cold water, mixing until the dough comes together.
- Form the dough into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 2: Pre-Bake the Crust
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the chilled dough on a floured surface and press into a 9-inch tart pan.
- Prick the bottom with a fork, line with parchment paper, and add baking weights.
- Bake for 15 minutes, remove parchment and weights, then bake another 5 minutes until lightly golden. Set aside.
