Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (plain or panko)

Instructions

Preheat air fryer: Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and let it preheat.

Prep chicken: Pat chicken breasts dry. Season lightly with salt and pepper.

Mix mayo spread: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.

Prepare coating: In a shallow dish, mix grated Parmesan and breadcrumbs.

Coat chicken: Spread mayo mixture on one side of each chicken breast. Press mayo-coated side into the parmesan-breadcrumb mixture to coat.
