- 8 ounces (225g) cream cheese, softened
- 12 ounces (340g) semi-sweet or white chocolate, melted

Instructions
Step 1: Crush the Oreos
- Place the Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until they form fine crumbs.
- Alternatively, place Oreos in a ziplock bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
Step 2: Mix with Cream Cheese
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese.
- Mix until smooth and well combined.
Step 3: Shape the Cake Balls
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for 15-20 minutes.
Step 4: Melt the Chocolate
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
- Alternatively, melt in a double boiler.
Step 5: Coat the Oreo Balls
- Dip each Oreo ball into the melted chocolate, using a fork or toothpick.
- Tap off excess chocolate and place the coated ball back on the parchment-lined sheet.
Step 6: Decorate and Set
- Garnish with crushed Oreos, sprinkles, or drizzled chocolate.
- Let the balls set at room temperature or refrigerate for 15-20 minutes until firm.
Notes
- For smoother melted chocolate, add ½ teaspoon of coconut oil.
- Work in batches to keep some balls in the freezer while coating others.
