These rich, creamy Mini Cheese Balls are perfect for any occasion. Easy to prep, customizable, and keto-friendly, they’re the ultimate finger food for parties, showers, and snack platters.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans

  • 1/4 cup chopped bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

Instructions

  • Mix the Base: In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Mix until smooth.

  • Chill the Mixture: Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.

  • Shape the Balls: Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls.

  • Add the Toppings: Roll each cheese ball in chopped pecans, bacon, or parsley until fully coated.

  • Serve or Store: Arrange on a tray or chill in an airtight container until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Use gloves or lightly oil hands to roll more easily.

  • Add-ins like jalapeños or sun-dried tomatoes enhance flavor.

  • Store in fridge up to 4 days. Do not freeze.

  • Serve with toothpicks or in mini liners for a clean presentation.
