Millionaires Cheesecake Bars are the ultimate dessert indulgence, layering a buttery graham cracker crust, silky cheesecake filling, and rich chocolate chips into one decadent bite. Ingredients

For the crust:

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

For the cheesecake filling:

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk)

Optional toppings:

 

  • Caramel sauce

  • Crushed candy bars

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line an 8×8 or 9×9 baking dish with parchment paper.

  • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 2 tbsp sugar until fully coated. Press into the bottom of the dish.

  • Bake the crust for 8 minutes, then remove and let cool.

  • In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Mix until smooth, but do not overmix.

  • Fold in chocolate chips with a spatula. Pour over cooled crust and smooth the top.

  • Sprinkle with extra chips or chopped candy bars, if desired.

  • Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the center is set and slightly jiggles.

 

  • Cool to room temp, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing into squares.

Notes

  • For clean slices, dip your knife in hot water and wipe between cuts.

  • Add peanut butter, brownie crust, or Oreo crust for fun variations.

 

  • These bars freeze well—wrap tightly and store for up to 2 months.
