- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, cornmeal, salt, and yeast.
- Add warm water, melted butter, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Cover and let it rise for 1 hour, until doubled in size.
