For the Fruit Salsa:

  • 1 cup strawberries, finely diced 🍓
  • 1 cup kiwi, peeled and diced 🥝
  • 1 cup mango, diced 🥭
  • 1 cup pineapple, diced 🍍
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup 🍯 (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice 🍋
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest (for extra flavor!)

For the Cinnamon Sugar Tortilla Chips:

  • 6 flour tortillas (8-inch size, cut into triangles) 🌮
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar 🍚
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon 🌿
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter 🧈 (or coconut oil for dairy-free option)

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Fruit Salsa

  • Dice all the fresh fruit into small, even pieces.
  • In a bowl, mix together strawberries, kiwi, mango, and pineapple.
  • Stir in honey (if using), lime juice, and lime zest.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 15–30 minutes to let the flavors blend.

2️⃣ Make the Cinnamon Sugar Tortilla Chips

Baking Method (Healthier Option):

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cut the flour tortillas into triangles (like tortilla chips).
  • In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon together.
  • Brush each tortilla piece with melted butter, then sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mix.
  • Arrange in a single layer on the baking sheet and bake for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Air Fryer Method (Extra Crispy Option):

  • Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • Follow the same steps to coat the tortillas in cinnamon sugar.
  • Air fry in a single layer for 5–6 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.

3️⃣ Serve & Enjoy

  • Spoon the fruit salsa into a serving bowl.
  • Arrange the cinnamon sugar tortilla chips on a platter.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy this fresh, crispy, and sweet treat!

Notes

  • Use ripe, sweet fruit for the best flavor.
  • Chill the salsa before serving for extra freshness.
  • Don’t overbake the chips—they crisp up as they cool.

  • Try flavored tortillas like whole wheat or gluten-free.
