- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning (or Cajun seasoning for spice)
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat the Oven:
- Set the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Roast the Potatoes:
- In a bowl, toss baby potatoes with half the olive oil, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread on the baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes to soften.

- Toss sliced sausage and corn with a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of seasoning.
- Add to the baking sheet and roast for another 10 minutes.
