1️⃣ Crush the Oreos
- Place Oreos in a plastic bag and crush them using a rolling pin or pulse in a food processor.
- Set aside ½ cup of crushed Oreos for topping.
2️⃣ Make the Cream Cheese Mixture
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped topping and mix until combined.
3️⃣ Prepare the Pudding
- In another bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
- Gently fold the pudding into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
4️⃣ Assemble the Easter Dirt Cake Casserole
- Spread half of the crushed Oreos in the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Pour the pudding mixture over the Oreo layer, spreading it evenly.
- Top with the remaining crushed Oreos.
5️⃣ Decorate the Cake
- Dye the shredded coconut green by mixing it with a few drops of green food coloring in a bag and shaking until evenly colored.
- Sprinkle the coconut “grass” over the cake.
- Add Peeps, chocolate bunnies, pastel M&M’s, and sprinkles on top.
6️⃣ Chill & Serve
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) for the best flavor and texture.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
