  • 3 medium cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

For the Dressing:

  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Cucumbers

  • Wash and thinly slice the cucumbers.
  • If using large cucumbers, peel them or remove the seeds if desired.

2️⃣ Make the Dressing

  • In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.

3️⃣ Assemble the Salad

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine sliced cucumbers and chopped dill.
  • Pour the garlic dressing over the cucumbers and toss to coat evenly.

4️⃣ Let It Marinate & Serve

  • Let the salad sit for at least 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use fresh, firm cucumbers for the best crunch.
  • Letting the salad sit before serving enhances the flavors.

  • Adjust the garlic to taste if you prefer a milder or stronger garlic flavor.
