Description
Thick, chewy, and loaded with peanut butter chips, pretzels, and chocolate chunks, these Chubby Hubby Cookies are inspired by the iconic Ben & Jerry’s ice cream flavor. A rich, bakery-style cookie with the perfect blend of sweet and salty.

Fold in peanut butter chips, chocolate chunks, and crushed pretzels.
-
Scoop large dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.

Notes
-
Do not skip the malted milk powder—it adds flavor depth.
-
For best texture, store cookies with a slice of bread in the container.
-
Dough freezes well—scoop and freeze for up to 3 months.
-
To make mini cookies, reduce bake time by 2–3 minutes.
