Learn how to make Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza Bombs with this easy recipe. Perfect for snacks, parties, or game-day treats!
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough (or homemade pizza dough)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices (cut into quarters)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce (plus extra for dipping)
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Optional Add-Ons: Diced bell peppers, olives, or cooked sausage.
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it. - Prepare the Dough:
Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces, or divide homemade pizza dough into small balls. Flatten each piece into a circle about 4 inches in diameter. - Add the Fillings:
Spoon a small amount of pizza sauce onto the center of each circle. Add shredded mozzarella and a few pieces of pepperoni. - Seal the Bombs:
Pull the edges of the dough up and over the filling, pinching tightly to seal. Roll gently into a ball and place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. - Season and Bake:
Brush each bomb with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown. - Serve:
Allow the pizza bombs to cool slightly, then serve with warm pizza sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
Notes
- Ensure the dough is sealed tightly to prevent filling leaks during baking.
- For a golden, crispy finish, brush with an egg wash instead of butter.
- Experiment with fillings to suit your taste preferences!
